Lynn is currently accepting applications for the position of Student Success Coordinator. The goal of the Student Success Coordinator is to improve the university’s retention and graduation rates by enhancing student success. The role will include supporting new students throughout their transition to the university, students who are not making satisfactory academic progress and/or students who are not engaging with the university’s academic, cultural and social environments. The coordinator will have regular meetings with students to assess their needs and refer them to the appropriate campus resources. Additionally, the role will include data collection and assessment to strategically design, execute and evaluate student success initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Manage caseloads of students actively monitoring class attendance and academic performance.
•Engage with students, helping them navigate academic and non-academic resources on campus, online and in the community.
•Partner with faculty members, staff and current students to identify at-risk students and create strategic plans to improve retention and graduation rates.
•Participate in program and project planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting to ensure student success goals and objectives are met.
•Assist with student success data collection and documentation of all student interactions.
•Contribute in generating regular performance reports summarizing student progress.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
