Student Services Program Coordinator II- Student Conduct Case Manager

Job Description

The Case Manager coordinates campus support systems and
resources to students involved in the behavioral
intervention process and select student conduct cases. As a
member of the Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT), the Case
Manager is a point person for referred students, their
families, and affected campus community members in
addressing significant behavioral concerns.
The Case Manager assists the BIT in triaging referrals,
coordinating interventions, managing crisis, and following
up with students on completion of recommendations. S/he
works closely with other campus resource providers,
clinicians, student affairs units, and community support
systems in coordinating a response that balances the needs
of individual students with the safety and welfare of the
University community.

The Case Manager reports to the Executive Director of
Student Conduct and Academic Integrity/Chair of the
Behavioral Intervention Team.

REQUIREMENTS
Start Date: 8/31/2015 – Firm
Education: Master’s Degree Required
Work Experience: 2-4 Years
