Full-Time Senior CRM Solutions Developer (13153)

Job Description

The Senior CRM Solutions Developer is responsible for implementing and supporting the enterprise Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) platform in support of the university’s enrollment management needs. This position is responsible for providing guidance and direction of the CRM platform following current CRM industry standards and best practices. The university’s CRM product is Ellucian’s CRM Recruit based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM which is extended using Web APIs, JavaScript and .NET programming languages. This position is responsible for the completion of multiple concurrent and complex CRM-based technology projects, including performing requirements gathering, solution assessment, technical design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance and improvement.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent in experience or training is required.

Minimum Requirements:
8 – 10 years’ experience with increasing responsibility implementing medium and large scale IT projects
7+ years’ experience developing and configuring Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Demonstrated experience with JavaScript and .NET
Demonstrated ability to follow established software development methodologies and best practices is also necessary Must be able to effectively multitask and direct the work of others during time sensitive, critical projects
Must have excellent communication and analytical skills and be able to work with all levels of management and
customers
Strong customer service skills, ability to gain cooperation and motivation from others, and managing competing priorities are also necessary
Must be willing and able to learn new skills and technologies quickly and have the flexibility to support multiple business areas
Proactive, results oriented and can-do attitude

Preferred Requirements:
Experience with an Ellucian enterprise CRM product
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Experience with higher education enrollment or admissions processes

Additional Information:
Evening or weekend hours may be required.
