Full-Time Senior CRM Analyst (12662)

Job Description

The Senior CRM Analyst will be a critical member of a team responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing and supporting the enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Ellucian Recruiter based on Microsoft Dymanics CRM. He/she will develop and drive technology project goals to fruition, working collaboratively with business units across the University. He/she will be responsible for project planning and scheduling, in order to ensure critical milestones are met with high quality deliverables. This individual will work very closely with developers, to assess current capabilities and understand how to design effective processes within the university’s CRM solution. This individual will be involved in all phases of CRM application development, and will partner with developers to make sure the applications meet desired business outcome. He/she will manage relationships among staff and academic groups across the university, including the undergraduate and graduate enrollment offices, registrar’s offices, VP of Graduate Studies, and various schools and academic units.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science or a closely related field, or equivalent experience/training.

Minimum Requirements:
7+ years’ experience with business analysis, process analysis and mapping, and project management
5+ years’ experience implementing and configuring CRM solutions. Knowledge of database concepts, requirements analysis, business process management and system troubleshooting techniques
Excellent written and oral communication skills, leadership and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and customers
Strong team building skills and ability to gain cooperation and to motivate others
Proactive, results-oriented and can-do attitude
Experience in a functional support role for CRM and ERP implementations

Preferred Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Experience with Ellucian Recruiter
Experience with Ellucian Colleague
Experience at a university or college
Experience working with enrollment and admissions related processes

Additional Information:
Evening or weekend hours may be required.
