Full-Time Patron Services Coordinator (6446)

Job Description

This position assists the Facilities Manager in supervising all activities associated with ticket office operations, internal and external rental requests, guided tours and general marketing management. Teaches and trains students in the areas of event ticketing, customer service and general office maintenance. This position requires minimal supervision and a high level of self-direction.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum Requirements:

Experience/familiarity with the visual and performing arts.
Experience in ticketing operations and special event production.
At least two years of supervisory experience.
