Full-Time Human Resources Manager

Job Description

Tacoma Community College (TCC) invites applications for a
full-time exempt Human Resources Manager. The Manager
will plan and administer employment processing
transactions, insurance and retirement benefits, payroll
administration, and leave programs (FMLA, Shared Leave);
develop and conduct HR orientations; administer Workers
Compensation and return to work; conduct agency
reporting; and oversee development and utilization of the
employment, benefit and payroll systems. This position
also interprets and applies established laws, ensuring
that methods and procedures developed for employment,
benefit and payroll processing are in compliance. If

The salary range is $60,000 to $70,000 per year, DOE/DOQ.

REQUIREMENTS
Education:      Bachelor’s Degree Required
Work Experience:      5-7 Years
