Job Description

The University of Alabama is seeking to fill the Director
for First Year Experience and Parent Programs position.
The director guides the day to day operations of the
department, including, but not limited to: planning and
assessment of programs, the ability to collect, analyze and
assess data related to new student success and oversight of
budgets. Working with a team, the person in this position
will work to improve student retention, engagement, and
transition of new students to the institution. Requirements
– Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration,
Student Personnel Management or related field and three
