Senior administrative official in line responsible for directing a dept, division, or college and could report to either an Associate Director or Director.

Established in 1999, the Office of Student Conduct and Academic Integrity is charged with promoting a greater awareness and understanding of the rules of the student code of conduct and addressing issues of student academic misconduct and disruption of campus life so that an environment conducive to learning and individual growth can be maintained at Kennesaw State University. SCAI actualizes this mission through collaborating with faculty, staff, students, and other university stakeholders; seeding new initiatives within and across various departments and units; providing consultation, guidance, and support; and, coordinating various university initiatives.

The department of Student Conduct and Academic Integrity (SCAI) seeks an Assistant Director for Academic Integrity whose primary focus will be the promotion of academic integrity
and the prevention and resolution of student academic misconduct. This position will be responsible for Academic Integrity programming and outreach across the KSU campuses. Additionally, high priority tasks will include student academic misconduct resolution, day to day administration of the electronic student conduct records database, advocate, and conducting formal investigations. All of these responsibilities will require significant interaction with the KSU campus community as this position serves as a resource for faculty, staff, and students on how to promote positive student behavior, how to prevent academic misconduct, and how to report and resolve both academic and behavioral misconduct issues and allegations.

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related work experience OR 7+ years related work experience.


Master’s degree in student affairs, English, professional writing, or related field, preferred.
