Assist Head Coach with all aspects of the College’s NCAA Division I
Women’s Intercollegiate Soccer program, including recruiting and
developing student-athletes, on-field coaching, scheduling
matches, working with the program budget, complying with the
NCAA, WCC, and College rules and regulations, supporting the
academic achievements of student-athletes, assisting with fund-
raising and marketing, maintaining collaborative working
relationships with administrators and other coaches in the
Department and College departments, developing appropriate
relationships with members of the media, donors, and others
interested in the Women’s Intercollegiate Soccer program.

Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts degree required; Master’s degree, highly desirable;
relevant playing and/or coaching experience at the collegiate level;
clear understanding of NCAA rules, regulations, and the role of
athletes in a Catholic, Lasallian, and Liberal Arts institution;
excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral
communication skills; ability to work effectively with a diverse group
of students, faculty, staff, and others; ability to take initiative, meet
deadlines and work under pressure; team oriented.
