Job Description

The College of St. Scholastica is seeking an enthusiastic, student-focused individual to provide support and leadership for building positive, vibrant learning communities marked by healthy, safe cultures of inclusion. The Residential Life program provides living-learning experiences grounded in, and in service to, the Benedictine values, the College’s mission and College Learning Outcomes for residence halls and apartments housing approximately 1000 undergraduate students. This is a full-time, one year temporary position with a possibility the position will be continued.

A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in student affairs and/or academic credentials in the field or a closely related area are required. Experience working in residence life, other housing-based operations, or commensurate experience is necessary. The successful candidate will possess a proven commitment to providing leadership in enhancing an atmosphere promoting diversity and inclusion. This position must live on campus in a Residence Hall apartment and will work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
